Dr. Sparkle Love Jefferson is a nationally recognized K–12 educational leader, consultant, and advocate whose career spans more than two decades of transformative work in public and private schools across the United States.
Her academic credentials are as diverse as her expertise. She holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, a Master of Business Administration from Austin Peay State University, a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University–Carbondale, a Supervision and Leadership certificate from Loyola University, and teaching credentials in special education from the University of Washington.
Dr. Jefferson specializes in special education law and IEP advocacy, school turnaround leadership, AI integration in educational settings, and executive coaching grounded in Gallup's strengths-based methodology — for which she holds a prestigious Gallup Certified Coach credential. Her clients range from individual school principals to entire district leadership teams.
Passionate about equity and exceptional learners, Dr. Jefferson has made it her life's work to ensure that students with disabilities receive the high-quality, legally compliant, and compassionate services they deserve.
