The Every Learner Belongs Approach

Creating schools where belonging is more than a word

Belonging has to be built intentionally into a school's systems, structures, practices, and culture. This approach helps leaders examine five things.

CultureDoes every learner experience belonging?
InstructionAre we designing learning experiences that provide meaningful access?
SystemsDo our structures support inclusion and opportunity?
LeadershipAre leaders building educators' capacity to meet diverse learner needs?
ImprovementAre we using evidence to determine whether our changes are actually working?

Let's improve schools — together.

You don't have to solve complex school challenges alone. Whether you're looking for a workshop, consulting support, coaching, or a thought partner, we can find your next right step.
